I’m embarrassed I paid over $10 for this. Don’t buy this book for many reasons. This should be described maybe as a pamphlet since it’s poorly written, no supporting evidence or documentation, the author has no credentials, it seems written by someone with English as a 2nd language due to the grammatical errors and simplistic language, very large font (to take up space and make the 25 pages, it would likely fit in one page using 12 font in a Word document). The only picture is on the cover and is photoshopped poorly also. SKIP THIS AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. Highly disappointed.
