For the last few years I have been living without excess weight and a big belly and I am very happy about it. It's hard for me to imagine life any other way now. I discovered this amazing phenomenon a few years ago and then created my own method of losing weight, which I called "Just Sleep and Lose Weight", wrote and published both this book and "A Flat Stomach Planner: One Month Program." These allowed me to get rid of a big belly, get rid of excess weight, maintain my body weight at the level I need for the past few years as well as amazingly changed my life forever.
