Clear and Simple

This is a lovely book. Really simple and clear in its suggestions regarding finding a way to awareness and acceptance by paying quiet attention. The author's previous book, "Find a Quiet Corner" was similarly clear and direct in cutting through the mumbo-jumbo that so oftens surrounds books in this category. Nancy O'Hara has obviously practised what she is here preaching, she is not presenting a theoretical guide, but the results of her own experience, and that of the attendees at her "Quiet Corner" seminars. Very useful, highly recommended.

Strongly influenced my outlook on life

I have been reading this book with a girlfriend. It has helped me learn so much about myself, and i thought i was already pretty together. I look forward to reading this book each week and feel so much more at peace with myself.Nancy O'Hara writes in a very easy to read manner.
