Keep it Handy

The author gets right to the heart of it with the signature of the herbs---terrific! Not many books out there that tell you exactly what to do, and how much dosage! I've been looking and hers is the best yet! I advise you to keep it handy on your kitchen shelf as you'll be able to use it every day! A great book!

Indispensable!!

I am an herbology student, and my herbal and nutritional references are many, however, this is the one book that I turn to more often than any others. It gives complete herbal instructions in an easy to use, fun format. I am purchasing copies for my teenage daughters who seem to find something new in it everyday. It is a book you should not be without. This book is great - it is my herbal bible.

I bought this book several years ago and it is very dog-eared now, I use and reference it very often. I do a lot of herbal remedies for my family and several friends and this is the best reference book I have found. I especially like the way it tells why some of the herbs work good for certain illnesses. I recommend this book to anybody who is interested in herbal medicine or simple country living.
