interesting, and educational

These books are all great. My son loves them. At 1 1/2, we had to read these . . . ALL the time. So, we bought practically the entire series for variety. Now he is 2 1/2, and he still likes these books. The flaps are plentiful and interesting to him - they are also durable. All of our books have held up well.

My kid loves it

My three year old son loves his copy of "Welcome To Merriweather Farm" so I picked up a few more books including this one. Now these are not the best written books out there but the art work is bright and cheerful and the build quality is superb (none of our other lift the flap books have survived as well as these). While it's not my favorite to read (parts of the story really don't make a lot of sense and it gets to you after reading it fifty or so times) my son absolutely loves them. He's committed several to memory and "reads" them me on occasion. Along the way he's actually learned to read a few words. I can't ask for much more than that. A few people have complained that this is blatant product placement. So it is. If as an adult he's biased in favor of buying a combine from John Deere I'll know why.
