Excellent Study Book!

I didn't quite know what to expect when I ordered this book. But I am very glad that I did. It is an excellent study book. Very enriching and well-thought out. I recommend it for anyone who is planning to do a study on John with a group or for personal study. It is exactly what it claims to be, user friendly and full of clear teaching. There are many good quotes from biblical scholars (Leon Morris, Craig Keener, D. A. Carson, et. al) that introduce the reader to deeper insight of the passages. The best thing about this book is that it leaves no passage aside, and covers every part of the Gospel. The helps are good, especially if you are introducing the material to new, or young Christians, even those who are "church-ed" will get some new insight in this study. Also the study questions and chapter wrap up are benefical to reminding readers what was covered in that chapter. I hope all the biblical books in this series are as well written as this one.
