Sweet

While not a favorite my 8-year-old son did a good job of reading Joey's Way by Kate Aver to me. We read it over 2 days. It is about a young girl spending time with her grandparents and looking for "treasure." Recommended as a reader for grades 3-4th.

Joey's Way

This book deals with the life of a little girl Joey. She is an imaginative child who reflects on memories in different seasons and times in her life. The author is very descriptive in her writing and makes you feel as though you are looking through the childs eyes, experiencing life with her. Great for children and adults.
