Terrific! Brought back alot of memories!

I use to live in Mayport and this book brought back alot of memories. Things I haven't thought of in years. I can hardly wait until the next book comes out. Mr. Reynolds is a fantastic writer. He makes you feel like you are standing right in Mayport with Jason and the others.This is a must read for anyone that is from the area.

Jetty Man....... I'm on my 3rd reading since April

Jetty Man, a true five-star book from the dedication to page 462. I have visited Mayport several times trying to imagine where each site was. I visited the King house in 1976 and listened to his fascinating tales of the village of Mayport. His warning to Jason and his friends when they left his home was word for word what he told my wife and I when we left. These stories were so real that the characters jumped of the page at me! A must read for everyone! I'm on my 3rd reading, and still finding new things that I didn't see before.

Non-Stop Thrills!

A friend of mine told me to read this book, and once I started, I could not put it down. You gotta love Jason and hate all of the evil characters that torment his life. He is a good-hearted soul who comes of age in a community of violence and blood. While is actions seem severe at times, they are often justified. Jason confronts horrors that most of us never even imagine let alone live. Bill Reynolds writes a riveting tale of suspense, violence and sex that leaves you wanting for more. Do yourself a favor -- read it! You will not regret it.

Jetty Man is a book I found hard to put down. The story contains down-to earth characters who face horrid real-life situations. It is a story of trials and tribulations and pits good against evil. For those who have experienced growing up in a small "back-roads" Southern town, where worldliness was little known and where kindness sometimes was mistaken for weakness, this story will be one you can relate to. It is a story that touched my heart in numerous ways and left me continuously thinking about it long after I had finished reading it.
