Great read

This is such a great story! I could not put it down. The ending was crazy!

Why Jar of Hearts?

It took me almost to the last chapters to figure out why the title of this book. Story is a little unsettling to read of defiantly different. I little disturbing at times.

Wow!!!!

This was a wild ride, mix of high schools friendship and the drama that comes with this age. Inappropriate age gap love interest who truly did love one another. Tiny clips of what feels like "Orange is the new Black". Childhood trauma that was taken to another level of disturbing. My first Jennifer Hillier book and I enjoyed this one.

Slow start but a great read.

I didn't love how the book started but after 50 pages or so it really ramped up and I enjoyed it. Highly recommend it.

JAR OF HEARTS by Jennifer Hillier What a roller coaster this was! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was locked in and fully invested until the end. Loved the setting, the pacing and solid story line. Did I figure out the twist(s)? Yes. But that did not detract from my interest and investment in Geo’s, Angela, and Kai’s complex friendship. Overall, a dark, disturbing, suspenseful and immersive psychological thriller/mystery. My first book by this author and I look forward to reading more. Highly recommend, but definitely check the trigger warnings as there are plenty! [ 🎧: Excellent narration by January Lavoy! ] Rating: 4.5/5 ⭐️

Great Book

I really enjoyed this book, and the ending was not what I expected it to be at all. Jennifer Hillier has not disappointed with any of the books I’ve read from at this point.

Amazing read!

The thriller and twist at the end tied everything altogether. I enjoyed reading this from start to finish and I couldn't put it down!

Happy Reader

If you’re like me and love a good thriller, this is the book for you. I could not put it down! I found myself NEEDING to keep reading because I NEEDED to know what twist was coming next. Definitely recommend giving this book a try, I’m excited to try out another book by Hillier

Very good

Jar of hearts' was different to my usual read in a good way; though there was something about the cover that drew me in and I had to get this book. I was glad I did. 'Jar of hearts' is very well wrote with plenty to keep the reader hooked, following Geo at different parts of her life leading to now from her part in the murder of her best friend to the shocking twist at the finale. This book was not light hearted, easy reading, but it was compelling with believable characters, and a well thought out plot, leaving little to the imagination. Before 'Jar of hearts' I had not heard of this author but I will most probably read more of her work and would recommend this book to a friend. Very good read.
