In the second of the series, flight attendant Jaime Jones is back home in Devon, between trips, very much looking forward to the annual Agatha Christie Festival. For the first year, she will be volunteering at many of the events, visiting Greenway, travelling on the steam train to Kingswear and staying on the iconic Burgh Island, Jaime can't wait to get stuck in.
As a favour to the new man in her life, mysterious and reclusive owner of the airline she works for, Charles Debon, Jaime has agreed to chaperone a tour group around the festival, visiting from the States.
All is going well until someone plunges to their death during the cream tea event at the Avon Dam and Jaime is convinced it's murder.
With the help of her eager neighbour on the next houseboat, Bo, and the Queen of Crime herself, Jaime can't wait to get stuck in and find a murderer.
