Great suspense and wonderful characters.

I found the book to be fast-paced and very suspenseful. The romance was well developed. If you like romantic suspense you can't go wrong with this selection.

This is a truly great read!

When CHP officer Vera McBride travels through time and finds a posse on her trail, wanting to lynch her for murder, there's only one person she can trust. Sexy Jericho Jackson. A real man's man hero after my own heart. The two of them wrangle with their own emotions while trying to find a way to clear Vera's name. Jericho half thinks she's crazy and is half in love with her. Until she realizes that she's traveled through time, Vera is sure the posse is really after Jericho and keeps him at arms' length. The sexual tension between them is terriffic and I never saw the "villain" ahead of time. One of Ms. Lind's best books.
