Island Of Zarada: Search For Rashamon

By Michele Evans

Yano, an Arkudian pilot, crashes on Nemalia, leaving his body crushed and his airship destroyed. Nemalian princess, Trenette, nurses him back to health and falls in love with him. Yano brings her to Arkudia, where his father, Premier Drok, rejects the union, forcing them into exile.
Rashamon, essential for life, has become scarce, causing widespread illness and death. Sultana Miran suspects that Premier Drok is the one stealing rashamon from the silos, causing prices to increase. After she informs the Coalition of her suspicions, she is kidnapped and taken to Arkudia, where Premier Drok holds her hostage.
Yano invents a device that can detect hidden sources of rashamon, but Premier Drok stands in the way of putting it to good use. If his tyranny continues, they are doomed. A rebellion is brewing on Arkudia. Yano asks Miran to help the Arkudian citizens rise up against Premier Drok and his corrupt regime.
