In case you are a Christian who 1)believes in Jesus Christ as the Son of God who died on the cross and resurrected three days after the crucifixion, 2)the infallibility of the Bible as the Word of God, 3)have religious questions as follows:- Is Allah the same as the God and Father of Jesus Christ? Is Allah the same as the God of Abraham? Is Allah, whom Muhammed preaches, the same as the God of Israel who revealed Himself to Moses on Mount Sinai? Then this book will certainly satisfy you intellectually and religiously. The short answer to the above questions is "No". Muhammed preached the supremancy of Koran and himself over Bible, other prophets and even Jesus (Muhammed actually denied resurrection of Jesus and Jesus's identity as the Son of God, and only took him as a prophet). Beside, the nature and the "personality" of the monotheistic God Muhammed described in Koran are so fundamentally different from those of the God described in Bible. The author had quoted from both Koran and Bible to elaborate on the above incompatibilities. Well, he really did a good job. The simple "No" above did not to me easily and directly. I had checked many books for the above three questions. However, many authors tried so hard to be politically correct and avoided direct discussion of the many discrepancies between Koran and Bible. In short, this is an excellent tool book for Christians who really want to understand more of who they believe and how to defend their religion when needed.
Timely, penetrating insight into Islam, Israel & our times.

This book is probably more appropriate and relevant now than when it was initially written in 1991.The monumental events of the last decade or so in relation to the Middle East, Islam, Israel and terrorism only serving to reinforce the message at the very heart of this book. The writer strives to provide a clear understanding of Islam, it's religious foundation, message and agenda, especially pertaining to Israel and those who stand alongside the Jewish people. These factors are studied in some detail in a commendably eloquent manner and from a Scriptural perspective, together with an analysis in light of Biblical prophecy. The global threat of Islamic expansion is also investigated, as well as the flawed and erroneous concept being employed by some `spiritual leaders' who are trying to unite Judaism, Christianity and Islam under one roof with a view to creating a `one world religion'.( The ominous spectre of the prophesied anti-Christ and his `one world government' also raising it's head.)The writer embarks into some detail to show the absolute incompatibility of the Judeo-Christian God with that of the Islamic Allah, showing quite clearly that the latter is not and never can be interpreted in any way as being the Hebrew/Christian God of the Bible. Extensive references being made to Hebrew/Christian Scriptures and the Koran which all describe the identity and person of their respective Gods. An essential factual study which everyone should have access and reference to.Although only some 130 pages in length, this book is a veritable goldmine of information for anyone who wishes to study Israel, Islam and current events. When one considers that the author begins this book, (written as stated in 199)1, with the sentence "the last world war began a long time ago", then the reader can perhaps have some understanding of the author's insight into these subjects. Recommended.

I had this book for several years now. And I read for the second time since the Muslim horrible Terrorist attack on Sept.11th on our land. The book came alive. A very informative and scholastic, and especially good for those who want to learn about Muslims, Jews, and Christians.
