Islam Denounces...

What? Reading the book I got the impression that terrorism is a function of Western culture; that there would be no terrorism if people converted. People of the book are depicted as being treated well as long as they have Muslim rulers, that, left to themselves, they fall into evil. Then, I may be wrong, but that will not stop my search for understanding.

First Class

believe that it is a superb book describing the people who commit terrorism and what the Islamic verdict is on such people. It describes what terrorism is, and then goes on to quote verses from the Quran and Sunnah which urges Muslims to be just, kind and merciful toward other people, including enemies. The Islamic concept of Jihad is discussed as well, which I believe will give a clearer picture to Muslims and non-Muslims because there are people who like to give only one opinion about Jihad based on their emotional leanings. On the one hand you have an extreme who view Jihad as only a war, including against innocent people and then you have the liberal extreme who only view Jihad as self improvement. There are many levels, the highest is indeed improving oneself and there is also a lesser Jihad, i.e. war against aggression and tyranny. Some Muslims tend to be apologetic about the war part, whereas if you look at the conditions laid down for Jihad, it is exceedingly humane and the book explains this. It then talks about Islamic history when Islam was established as a political, social and legal system and spread and the justice which the Caliphs showed to the non-Muslim subjects and to the Crusaders. The justice was based on the Quran and Sunnah. The Ottoman Empire is mentioned as well where Jews lived in peace and security under the Millett System. It then goes on to talk about some of the causes of terrorism, and that is based on mistaken ideologies such as Darwinism, Malthusian population control which gave rise to the First World War, Communism, Fascism which culminated in the slaughter of innocent people. A stark contrast is given between Godless societies of today, which accelerates terrorism, and societies based on the Quran and Sunnah which respect people whoever they are (as was practised in the past). As we know, terrorism has no boundaries. Terrorists are found amongst Christians, Jews, Muslims, Hindus etc. They share a common trait which is Godlessness and rebellion against God and His messenger. Some will use religion to promote their brand of terrorism (as we see in some Muslim quarters), others fight religion and spread tyranny and oppression based on Atheism (or more accurately Darwinism...since not all Atheists are oppressors). An absolute must read for all yearning for Truth

IF any book should be recommended for those yearning for truth, it is Harun Yahya's Islam Denounces Terrorism. I have personally seen many in the West who mistakenly attribute Islam with Terrorism, even though it is quite obvious they utterly contradict. Please, if you are looking for a good book to read, or brousing Harun Yahya's amazing list of books, looking for which one to read next, read this book. It is worth every cent and has enriched my life beyond what many can imagine. Read this book!

Great contribution to world peace, best book on 9/11

I want to thank the author for such an amazing work. This work is based completely on Quran, historical facts, it is plain, simple and engaging. It shows the great nature of Islam. Also there can be no objections to the book, because it doesn't talk about an opinion, it is simply telling what Quran commands and it tells about historical facts, which can be verified by the references at the end of the book. I hope all people who have wrong perceptions of Islam get to read this book as soon as possible and find out the truth. We desperately need such works today, to bridge the gaps between different communities in the world, to build the peace.

Harun Yahya's this magnificien book "Islam Denounces Terrorism" gave the all answers to the questions in my mind.It is a clear and satisfactory definition of how Islam differs from terrorism. Because Islam means "Peace" and people who are living in the name of Muslim and obeying the "Word of God" the Qur'an, could not even hurt anyone.
