Take control of your health and surgery decisions!

This book takes you where most authors (and Doctors) are afraid to tread. Dr. Whitaker is an M.D. himself and has the knowledge and insight to force us to think about our own health and how WE have control of our future. His knowledge of supplements and herbs is extensive and complete. We have with this book the opportunity to make informed decisions and he gives us insight on making the right decisions. We must not take the word of the surgeon because he just "said so."This is an excellent read, easy to understand, in layman's terms; but treats the reader with respect. This is a total wellness book, Dr. Whitaker tells us how to get healthy and stay healthy, and possibly how to reverse our heart health. My chiropractor recommended this book and I read his copy, but now I am ordering my own copy.
