Fabulous Book

My first claims job was with the company started by Mr. Johns and this book was required reading for new hires. It's been 10 years since that training and I still using the information in my day-to-day activities as a claims handler. It's an honor to own a copy of this book and I read it to my son, Pasquale, at night hoping he will also grow up to be a claims adjuster like his Daddy. A special shout out to my former coworkers Ed McNickelhutch and Snoot Noodles for purchasing this book for me as a going away present when I left that company.
