A very good book for anyone looking to move forward with awareness in relationship. Filled with lists of questions for you (and ideally your partner) to do. It covers basic psychology, biology, and spirituality of intimate relationships and how unexamined and unrealistic expectations will cause couples to separate. Very worthwhile.
