Excellent Resource Book

I took this class in college years ago where we had this book. It is excellent! Reading it is like going to the psychologist - lots of "aha" moments, understanding what type(s) of communication styles people you interact with have. Also has effective methods to communicate better. I sold my seventh edition back to the bookstore because I needed the money at the time, but then bought it back later (6th edition), which I didn't like as much. The cartoons in the book, used as illustrations to make points are especially helpful and often humorous. This was the best class I took in college - it has helped me for the rest of my life!!! Even if you do not take the class, it is a fun and easy read and would make a great gift.

I had to buy this book for my Psychology class for college. It is an excellent book for interpersonal relationships. It gives you tons of relevant information for your use at any time with any relationship. It is a wealth of information about yourself and others. I would highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to better understand themselves and other people.
