A Classic!

This book is a replacement for one that fell apart from constant use. There are many recipes inside that are still favorites today. A must for every cook!

I have to agree that there are very good recipes, uncomplicated, clean and clearly explained. Everything I have done is very good. Pizza from scratch to gourmet food. Just real good.
