Worst book I have ever read

I loved the first book to this series, it was an exciting dystopian read, but the author completely went off the rails with the dystopian genre and made it a stupid, sappy teen romance. It made no sense and sounded like something I would write when I was eight. I was confused half of the time and I do not recommend this book unless you want to criticize it.

I love this series-- the novels and the movies. Must read series for young adults.

Good but not great

The first book I absolutely devoured; the story was captivating and I couldn’t put the book down until I finished it. I lost sleep and finished the book in under 48 hours. The second book has a good storyline and character development but the pace (to me) felt slower and it just wasn’t as captivating to me. I enjoyed it but was a bit disappointed after how great I thought Divergent was.
