I've been following Paul McKenna's material for a while now. This book is a quick read. I finished it in less than 2 hours, and folded the pages with all his recommended exercises. There's a 5 minute daily exercise that's very helpful at the beginning of the day. What's great about his book is that his exercises are short, and really changes your state ASAP. I haven't listened to the CD yet, but I'm sure it will be great and as effective as the book.

I listen to this CD everyday when I take my 20 minute power-naps. I feel like I got 2 hours of sleep after this hypnotic trance. This is one of the simplest and fastest books I have come across that create instant results in people's unconscious. Paul McKenna is one of the top hypnotists in the world for a reason. The only men who even come close to his abilities are Derren Brown and Anthony Robbins.

Worked for me!

I love paul mckenna and really admire the work he has done. This book gave me a great boost of confidence and now people look up to me. I only recommend this book for those who are willing to change because if your stuck in your ways, this will not work for you.

Powerful Stuff

I won't go into detail about the content of this book because it was a good read but nothing earth shattering. What has CHANGED MY LIFE is the CD that's included with the book. After going through a long and discouraging job search, I felt pretty beat up. Listening to this CD has given me back my sense of "self" and propelled me to go back to school, finish my degree, and teach (which is what I wanted to do 30 years ago). I have also gained confidence that set me on a path to once again start doing some of the things I used to love but lost along the way. Thank you Paul McKenna.

It Works.

This book is worth buying for the CD alone, it's brilliant, a self help CD that really works. His voice is amazing, listening to the CD is almost addictive as it's so effective. The book is clear, well written and helpful. Highly recommended.
