This book makes me so proud to call myself a nurse

"Inspired Nurse" is one of those books that stops you still in your tracks and reminds you just how profound and AMAZING it is to be a nurse. It reminds us just how incredibly privileged we are to be a part of the intimacy, the joy, the laughter, as well as the devastating loss of our fellow beings' humanity. I'm not sure another book has had me laughing and crying all at once and so often! This book lifts me up in ways innumerable and is a treasured gift from a fellow nurse (from whom I have been tremendously inspired). Thanks, Rich Bluni for reminding us of the precious nature of this calling!

"Inspired Nurse" is a book that I feel is a must have for all nurses. Nurse's week is celebrated once a year and it is here. Not only have I read and thoroughly enjoyed this book, but I have purchased it for 12 of my dear friends that are also nurses. Inspired Nurse does an incredible job of sharing lived experience stories of a nurse and then proceeding with exercises or stretches that help you as nurse deal with each situation you are faced with. I laughed, I cried, I related to each story, but most importantly, I learned so much more about myself as a nurse in the present. I have grown and changed so much since the day I first became a nurse, but this book helped me realized, I am still in this profession for the same reasons. Despite all the challenges that nurses face, this book helps me to stay grounded, and focused and positive for myself and for my patients. Thank you for writing this book for us. Nurses Rock!

Touching

"Inspired Nurse" has been one of the best presents I have ever gotten. I received it as a gift from an inspired nurse herself, my amazing clinical instructor. It could not have come in a better time. I am an accelerated nursing student soon to graduate and can relate to many of the stories presented in this book. They are touching. I have not been able to finish the whole book because I cry in every page I read as it brings me back to moments I have experienced in my clinical rotations. Every page motivates me to continue in this challenging but beautiful journey of becoming a nurse. Rich Bluni depicts each life story as a nurse in an outstanding way as if you were there. I also had the privilege to hear him speak at my school and he radiates the same passion he portrays for his career when you read his book. I totally recommend it; even if you are not a nurse you can enrich yourself with numerous inspirational anecdotes.

This book was a gift from as "inspired nurse" much younger than myself, who I once worked with and who now is an award winning professor of nursing. She shared this with this old nurse at a time very critical in my career, nearing the end!!!!I read every page and cried, laughed, remembered things I thought I forgot, and challenged myself to new beginnings and thoughts!!!What a wonderful book and treasured gift!!!Thank you Rich Bluni for a truely IMPORTANT book for anyone to read in health care or not!!!It can be applied to anyone!!!A true inspiration to anywalk of life and devinely inspired!!! Great read, IMPORTANT BOOK!!!!!!

Truly Inspirational

Inspired Nurse is one of the best written books that I have read in a very long time. Even though I'm not a nurse, I find inspiration in every word that the author written. I've worked in the healthcare field as a allied health professional and have seen first hand, the trials and tribulations involved in being a nurse. Mr. Bluni speaks to you. He shares his experiences and makes you feel as if he's sitting infront of you, sharing his experiences not only as a nurse, but as your friend. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this book. I feel it's a must have for any healthcare professional as well as anyone who is looking for inspiration. Thank you Mr. Bluni, for sharing your passion of nursing. I could only wish if I were ever hospitalize, you would be my caregiver.
