The globalized market is setting new standards for companies. In today's knowledge society, innovation and entrepreneurship are becoming decisive factors in remaining competitive. But how can entrepreneurial thinking and action be achieved? Contrary to popular belief, the "entrepreneurial spirit" has nothing to do with personality traits or an "entrepreneurial gene," but is rather the result of a learning process. This book provides the theoretical basis for this.
