Thanks, Dr Hanson!

I used this book while researching a very complicated subject and finished it with a understanding that I did not expect. He takes each point and explains it in an easy to understand way, then follows the point with a summary of the key points, basically in a nut-shell. This makes it easy to follow and easy to pick up the next day to resume reading. I'm a Lactation Consultant who is using the information for our staff education day. I used all of our textbooks for my research but this book was definitely the most useful. It's small enough to read from beginning to end easily. I could have used only this book and had enough information for the presentation. My topic is "The Effect of Breast Milk on the Infant's Immune System". The book arrived when most of my presentation was complete. I could have saved myself a lot of time if I had used it first. An awesome resource! Thanks, Dr Hanson!

fabulous book

This is an awesome book. I was looking at all of the recommended readings for my lactation consultant class and chose to purchase this book. Little did I know that my classes are based partly on this book. However I was very happy when I found out and when I began to read it. It is a very easy read, making a complex topic understandable. Dr Lars Hanson is amazing.

Know the bresat-feeding completely

This is the first book I read to introduce the breastfeeding according to the immunological point of view. We can konw some biological active substances of breast-milk to promote the baby's innate immune system.
