Imaginarium Magazine 17- December/ January - Book zine

From the Editorial

Another year is coming to an end, dear friends. Despite the difficult winter that has been predicted to be based on world events, we continue to look for the magic of life in the small and simple things. The Christmas season is one of those times that can bring us close to the simple joys of life. For this issue, we have prepared several festive articles and portraits of enchanting creatives with a winter character.

For this issue, we are hosting two photographers. The first one is Olga Bazhutova, a photographer from Russia, who also provided us with the cover photo. Many thanks to Olga for the interview and her cooperation.

We also host Noemi from France, also a photographer, where she decorates our winter issue with dreamy photos full of Christmas nostalgia. With her lens, she captures not only the beauty of Christmas but also the beauty of winter. I especially thank her for her portrait on our pages and hope you enjoy her writing as much as her photographs. Noemi will definitely make you love winter if you are not already a winter lover.

In our book's column, I also have the pleasure and honour of hosting Gina Martin and her trilogy which is published by Womancraft Publishing 'When She Wakes'. Her trilogy is about 13 women who on the Winter Solstice have an extraordinary vision. The world is about to be destroyed and all its sacred treasures are. The women's goal is to rescue the Wisdom of the Goddess. So, on the occasion of this wonderful trilogy, Gina talks to us about her actions and her writing journey.

Every month we also host the mythological article by Evangelia Papanikou. For this month she has prepared for us the myth of Pasiphae where she analyses the erotic magic and the dark secrets that are hidden behind closed doors or in the labyrinths of our minds.

The celebration of Christmas is known to have a pagan origin from the Saturnalia of ancient Greece and also from Yule, the pagan celebration of the Wheel of the Year. Therefore, we explore both holidays, we celebrate them according to the background that everyone considers right, whether we are Christian or not, the holiday celebrates the Winter Solstice and the return of the Sun King to our earth. In the spirit of the holidays, we have several recipes both in our cooking column and in the Witch's Cabinet column, where we share with you several remedies, beauty recipes, and spells to celebrate these days.

In this issue, I also have the pleasure of hosting Marcia Massino who has dedicated a wonderful article to us about the astrological secrets of the Coronation of the new King of England and the secrets of the preparation of the Royal Coronation Oil.

Finally, in addition to our regular astrology columns and those of the tarot, we have a multi-page feature on the zodiac predictions for 2023......
