This is a book I read over and over again. Life changing.

This book is my all time favorite and I’ve read it many times. It’s an easy read that will change your life if you really listen to what it’s saying, don’t just read the words but listen and take them in. It’s entertaining and inspiring. I can’t say enough good things about it.

A Classic and so Proud to have it on the Bookshelf

I'm not religious, as I expected this book to be, but this is more philosophical than anything. I finished it today, only took a few days to read and I will definitely be reading it again whenever I feel stuck or alone in life. So touching. I recommend it to everyone with an open mind and a loving heart. Made me cry but a good, healthy cry.

This book has become an almost religious text for me in guiding how I live spiritually.

I read this book often, and lend or give copies to anybody I think may be interested, because of the beautiful, powerful impact it has had on me spiritually. Highly recommend giving it a read.

Illusions a wonderful book

Always loved this book just replacing one that was lost in the flood of 2011.

Life changing

Words cannot describe how beautiful this book is. I truly believe this book was meant to happen across me that day last year... You don't have to be religious to read this or be touched by it. I feel as though you could find the peace you have been looking for here as I did. Richard Bach has such a beautiful mind and writings, I have cried while reading his books! (Jonathan Livingston Seagull is a must too!)

A must read and reread

This book is unique in it's simple approch to the life lessons we all experience. Think of it as a way to decode the signposts in life that we tend to ignore or discount. I seems to have the uncanny ability to open to the appropriate passage when ever you look for some first aid for your fuzzy brain. Read enjoy, reread and enjoy, but most of all lend and give away as many copies as you can. You will make connections that last forever.

What a nice perspective

I really enjoyed this book. There was humor and wit through out. It was written very well and is a quick read. If you are on a spiritual journey and unsure of where to turn for some witty ideas, this is it!

Es mi libro Favorito.

Además de El Alquimista--Paulo Coelho--, me encanta como este libro invierte la dimensión espiritual a la física. Es la mejor escritura de Richard Bach, una que se instala de lo profundo del relato a una vivencia personal.

Powerful

This is a powerful book and the Messiah's book is full of great insights. I got a little more concrete spiritual help from the book An Encounter with A Prophet, but this book Illusions inspires me to a belief in no limitations. I do not know if these levels are attainable, but it sure feels good to believe that way.

"What the caterpillar calls the end of the world...

...the master calls a butterfly."How many times have those words touched my soul? Every time I have lost my way, I have read Illusions. And it has reminded me that things happen for a reason, that I have created the mess I got myself into, and that I have the power to make things better if I truly want to. We all create situations for ourselves that keep us safe, protected, and bored. This book reminds you that you don't have to stay in that little world you've created. It is ok, and even expected that we break out of that from time to time. "In order to live free and happily, you must sacrifice boredom. It is not always an easy sacrifice."I love the parable in the beginning of this book about the creatures at the bottom of the river who cling because clinging is all they know. And the one creature who was brave enough to let go was dashed upon the rocks. But then he rose up with the current, and drifted on at a higher plane than he had been on when he clung as he was told. I spend every day reminding myself to let go.
