Fun toddler book

My son and I love this book. We've renewed it from the library several times and he doesn't know it yet but I got it for his 2nd birthday next week. We have a great time reading this, especially because he likes to say the word that goes with each animal. I like the last page where all of the animals are pictured. My son will point to each one then I will say the word that goes with them. We have a lot of fun with this one.

Great interactions

My 18 month old daughter LOVES this book, and answers with all the appropriate noises when cued. If you see a cuddly kitten, say AAHHHH - she will go aah. It's so fun and cute to hear her!

Truly Adorable

This is a wonderfully engaging book. I am a speech therapist who works with preschool aged children and have yet to meet a kid who didn't like this book. It is a great book for young children with speech and language delays. It provides practice for many early sounds in a functional and meaningful context. It is also repetitive which gives children with langauge disorders many opportunities to practice the sentence structure presented in the book. Many adjectives are presented. The animals are all familiar and the pictures are beautiful.

Your preschooler will love this book.

My son was introduced to this book in his Kindermusik class. You've never seen cute till you've seen nine little children around 3-years-old yell in unison what you would say for each animal. In fact they anticipate the next page because they are soooo excited. The illustrations are wonderful. If you're little loves animals they will certainly fall in love with some of these cute little ones.
