Very sweet

A very sweet and simple book. I love the illustrations too. The perfect length and easy for kids to comprehend.

Magical

My 16 year old daughter and I came across this while in a doctor's waiting room. She read it to me, at first as kind of a joke ie., "read me this story, honey" but what happened then was magical. We were both touched by the beautiful, lyrical nature of the story as she read it. I got a little choked up. When she finished she announced, wonderingly "I love it". It *is* a lovely little book and so I ordered it for my daughter to read to her little cousins. I suspect she'll read it for herself now and then. Maybe I will too. It's like curling up with a blankie and a warm cup of milk; you feel happy and warm. And even when you're 16 .. or 48, that's a nice thing, now and then.

A Rare Find

It is rare to find a children's book about God that let's children know that God is always present: everywhere they go, in everything they see, touch, hear, & do, and in everyone they love. In short, God's creations are all around them, & in THEIR world. This story dipicts a child who is curious about what God looks like, if He is strong, what things He likes, etc. In this book, the child's questions are answered by showing the child some of God's creations. These are simple, yet miraculous creations that are present in our children's everyday lives, and easy for them to relate to. This book is heartwarming and gentle. It also has outstanding illustrations of people of different ages and colors.

A very good book!

I bought the book to read to my 6yo daughter. We have earth-based spiritual beliefs and this book's presentation of God was very compatible with those beliefs. The illustrations are beautiful!
