Diamond was born into one of the roughest neighborhoods in Saginaw, Michigan. With no guidance or positive role models, it seemed as if she was set up to fail in life. Vowing not to be a victim of her circumstances, she worked hard towards creating a better one . So hard that she got accepted into one of the most prestigious colleges in the country. Diamond was not only intelligent, but talented as well. She was also a big dreamer and a bit na ve. Which lead her to easily believe that some fairytales do exist. Shockingly, her fairytale actually came true in the form of a handsome and wealthy man named Andrew, whom she fell hard for. She was so in love with him and the new life that he provided for her that when a life-altering secret about him and his family was revealed, she was left beyond devastated. Diamond's fairytale life fell apart so fast that she didn't even have time to process her first heartbreak. After she finally did and got over the initial shock, she realized that love wasn't for the weak and forever wasn't promised. Through it all the hardest lesson that she learned was that every diamond had flaws and she was no exception. (Formerly Every Diamond Has Its Flaws)
