Awesome book!

I bought this book without having read it first, which can be a hit or miss situation. It turned out to be a really great buy! This book is awesome! It talks about how kids can talk to God anywhere and about anything, and the illustrations include a good diversity of children. My 2.5 year old loves it. I'm now wanting this whole series!

Kid friendly, but doctrinally specific

Super colorful illustrations. Fantastic, child-friendly explanations about our daily prayer relationship with God. I love that it specifically says you can talk to God anywhere (with examples), helping children get out of the meal-time/bedtime prayer ruts. My only reservation with this book is the insertion of a Sinner's Prayer, right in the middle of the book. Yes, this book is about our relationship with God, via prayer. My particular beliefs don't include a "sinner's prayer" so this page proves to be a little odd to explain to my daughter. And--of course--this page is not one that you can view when you "take a peek inside". If you agree w/ this doctrine or don't mind having this discussion w/ a very young child, then I highly recommend this book.

I Can Talk With God

This is the most wonderful book for children! It has such colorful and interesting pictures. The children in these books are from all over the world! The message is Biblical and on a level for beginners.

Excellent

This book breaks the word of God down in such a way, even my 3yr old comprehends. The animation is a wonderful aid in helping children understand the many ways we can talk to God.

A Must Have!

This whole series by Anderson is terrific. Each book provides solid theology in easy to understand words & kid friendly pictures. My 3 year old enjoys them and I enjoy the Truth that's being planted in her heart & mind.
