I will be using this textbook for an upcoming class. I received this book in great condition. I have skimmed through the book and it is very well put together and has discussion and pictures for explaining issues.

Guideline for managers

This is really a good book that all managers should read. Basic things that are mentioned that is not practiced in the real world. Life would be better if they follow or at least try to change their mgmt style.
