This book is amazing! This is a topic that must be taught in churches today! So many Christians short-change themselves of blessings by not understanding the role of their Pastor. I recommend this book for ALL Christians! I am a Pastor, and It has not only been a blessing to my congregation, but for me as well. This book is a "must" for ministers. It will help you, and help your people.
