This Is A Great Book

The book, How To Prevent Falls is excellent. It is well written and professionally illustrated. It contains loads of information and easy to do exercises that really do make a difference. They are fun, too! Another nice feature is that it is easy for seniors to read because the type is not too small and the page layouts are very clear. This book makes a great gift for older people. Not only that, the author has her phone number in the book so anyone can call her with questions. And, if you do call, she is very nice and seems to really enjoy talking to people who are concerned about preventing falls. Wouldn't it be nice if more authors were like that?

I plan to order more for elder friends and family

Simple and easy to understand exercises, progressing from very easy to moderately easy. Good for the frail elderly to the moderately fit or at-risk senior. Simple drawings demonstrate the activities. Large print is easy on elder eyes. As an occupational therapist, I recommend this as a gift to share with a dear elder.
