Is this the perfect gag gift, or what?

I can't wait until this gets unwrapped, hopefully in front of many people. Or it'll be good featured prominently in a bookshelf, leading to many wonderings from people who see it there.

As a person who has suffered from genitalian elephantitus since birth I am overjoyed to discover this book and to realize that I am not alone. Having endured from the name calling (tripod, elephant man, doubleuppagus, etc.), the inability to even enjoy the company of a woman who hasnt spent time in the adult movie industry and long walks on the beach that end in an uncomfortable upper tip abrasion ive been unsure how to continue. Finally a book that can help!
