There's no "How To" in this book.

The book essentially tells you to spend a year in Greece getting twice-daily prodding from a specialist. While it may work, it's not really a "How to" unless you are wealthy enough to pay a doctor and living expenses in Athens for nearly a year. It's probably reasonable to say you'd be out $100k pretty easily and probably more. The book is essentially a journal of his treatment and progress. It's an easy read, but offers no hope for the average man with prostatitis.
