The book has excellent action plans.

This is an excellent book with 30 action plans, one for each day, for couples to work together to achieve understanding with each other. Each day carries a short passage to explain a principle, a personal evulation reflection, an action plan , a topic to share with your spouse, a short note of encouragement and Food for Thought. My hubby and I achieved a breakthrough in our marriage where we felt we were more in tune with each other's deeper feelings and found new inspirations to move on with our marriage.
