Easy to understand

I liked how it was written simply, easy to understand; what supplements are important, what type of exercise, what foods are helpful & what to limit. In the back is an area to journal your personal exercise & food, etc. & how you felt. I appreciated how to understand what the numbers on your blood work test results will mean. He made a living identifying root causes of problems in the aerospace industry to make corrections, so attacked his diagnosis with the same determination, instead of giving up, like so many others.
