Sometimes ago I had a BML of about 28.9, or even higher. Many of my friends told me that I am over weight because of the food I eat while others said it is because I don't do a lot of exercise. The truth is I eat a lot but, I don't eat unhealthy food and for exercise, well I do run a couple of times a week. I tried everything to lose weight but, it seems like the more I try to lose weight the more weight I gained. It got to a point that working and walking became a very huge task for me.
