If you are starting a journey of any health situation, then this will help you keep track of your results. It's always very helpful to write down individual issues marking them on a scale of 1 thru 10. Months later you can see where you feel your numbers are at then, and compare. Most people are very surprised to see how much they've improved, and without those beginning numbers they feel nothing has changed.
