Order this on April 17 and havent recived yet, order some other books at the same time and got them long ago. My teen is so desperate to read it since she can not read #3 until she reads #2

Ghost Girl homecoming

this book makes me hope Tonya Hurley will decide to continue Charlotee Usher adventures in the after life to a third book. Like the original Ghost Girl I read this book in nearly a day due to the fact I could barely put it down and stop myself from reading it. Charlotte Usher has crossed over but the other side isn't what she expected as she and the rest of her class are working help lines as teen consciences. Only Charlotte is never asked to help anyone and never meet any love ones that passed on and might be waiting for her. Then there the mysterious room mate who wasn't part of her class seem to be trying to get her to do things she knows is wrong. At the same Charlotte's best living friend Scarlet has has sister in a coma in the hospital and appear to be fading fast. Not sure how else to save her, Scarlet uses a spell from Charlotte ghost book to cross over to the other side. The new years dead end class never heard of her and she risk her very ticket into Heaven by asking for early graduation to get Charlotte help. The question will be if it will be Heaven or Hell for both of them when Charlotte decide to return to Earth to help her friend try to save her sister's life.

Even better than the first book!!!

Outstanding, touching, witty and darkly entertaining. I didn't think it was possible but this book was even better than the first Ghostgirl. Hurley is not only a terrific writer but a thought-provoking philosopher! I am on the edge of my seat waiting for the next book, television series or movie!!! I LOVED THIS BOOK!

What a SEQUEL!

I really loved ghostgirl, and I thought if the sequel ghostgirl: Homecoming was half as good, I'd be happy. Well, it was even BETTER! The story is so deep and profound, I actually learned a lot about life and myself from this book, and the lines are even more hysterical than the first book. I don't know how this author juggles both the hysterical and the melancholy and touching moments, but she does with ease. This book is a MUST READ. I can't wait for more ghostgirl books!

ghostgirl: Homecoming is HYSTERICALLY TRAGIC!

First of all, I really loved the dark, twisted, hysterical ghostgirl. I was so excited to read this sequel, hoping that it would be half as good as the first one, which would make it worth the while for me. Well, it was even BETTER. BETTER! It was more hysterical, even wittier than the first, and it went much deeper. You learn to care about all the characters and learn more about the world they live, or not live, in, and Hurley's twists and turns will have you re-thinking all of them and their motives as well as have you laughing out loud! This author's ability to weave the ridiculous with the profound is incredible. This book is just as amazing as it's cover, which is gorgeous, by the way. My only hope is that they make a movie of this series and fast, and that there are many more books to follow! Ghostgirl: Homecoming is filled lots of laughs and even some tears, and if I didn't read it myself, I wouldn't believe it. I simply could not put this book down!
