Most of the "remedies" are just band aids, for example "take antibiotics, OTC pain medicine, or anti

I didn't really like much that I read, as a nurse most of these suggestions are already in my knowledge base and I have seen how most of them do not work. They are just temporary cover ups to the real root of the health issue. I was hoping this book would contain natural remedies since it suggests being out in the country/rural setting where drugstores might be limited in availability.
