Received wrong version and poor condition – Not as pictured

I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. I specifically ordered the Easy-to-Read Version (ERV) as shown in the listing's photo (10861.jpg). Instead, I received a "Reference Edition" which is a completely different version of the Bible. Beyond the version mismatch, the condition is not "Good." The book I received is old, dusty, and has significant wear and peeling on the cover corners. It looks more like "Fair" or "Poor" condition. The item sent looks nothing like the sleek, modern package advertised. I was looking for a specific, readable version and ended up with a bulky, damaged reference book.
