This book has the thing I've needed. Mr. Ferro has a good thing going and I think this book line will go all the way

Ferro blasts through the desert for trip number two

Wow! Ferro doesn't let up! After taking us for a white-knuckled ride on the first round, he delivers again. The characters are real, the planes are almost human, and you can smell the desert ablaze in these action-packed pages that bring the A-10 Warthog to life. You can feel the uniqueness and pride these pilots share. If you have read Richard Herman's Dark Wing or Iron Gate, this series will also be for you. Ferro puts you in the plane, in the battle, and in the desert for a one on one battle that rages from cover to cover. The Warthog was originally called the Lightning II, and coincidentally, with Ferro-Lightning does strike twice. So strap up, grab your gear, and hold on!

Good action with heart

All the action and humor of the first book (Going Deep) with a little more depth in the character department. There were some interesting twists and it kept me entertained.
