Swift, enjoyable romance!

If you like a book that can be read in a day or two, this willtruly win you too. At first I was put off by the cover description of a guy taking over his brother's obligation. This story is more dynamic, high tension from passionate people whoseem to like opposite camps. I loved it, pass it along. My sisterloved it, passed it along. Well, you know after you've readConnie Bennett. Fun romance novel!

Recommended mostly for teenagers that like romance.

This story is about a family, the Ballengers. The head of the family is Eleanor. She's the grandmother of her two grandsons, Nick and David. They were raised by her because their parents were no longer alive. As the two gentlemen lived their adulthood, they take over their father's business. Nick was in charge of the entire company, called Ballenger Pharmaceuticals. They were the second richest people in the United States. David falls in love with a young, low-class girl named Megan Linley. Megan lived a rough childhood, but it came back a haunt her when she least expected it. She had an enemy whom she despised. It was Nick, because he kept David busy with a lot of work and he didn't have time for Megan. Also, she knew Nick had to get a life of his own. Although Nick and Megan were still enemies, something clicked at the end between them. The book is fascinating with all the action, romance and hidden secrets. It's mostly recommented for young teenagers because they get to read about problems that adults have to go through. It might make them realize that while they're still teens, they won't rush to be adults. The reading is not difficult at all. It's interesting and very understandable. If you enjoy this book, you may also want to read Midnight Blue by Monica Johnson. Have a swell time reading the book.
