This book allowed me to do my job!

I am not trained in human resources, so when my boss at a NYC non-profit gave me the project of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring 15 new employees, I felt overwhelmed. Hiring Right presented me with a framework for creating hiring policies that I could use to achieve my goals. It also provided many specific tips and bits of advice. An absolutely necessary guide to hiring.

Easy-to-use techniques for finding the right employees

I found this book to be super useful. Lots of information about how to design your interview process to get exactly the right people for the job. From finding employees to interviewing to signing them. A great reference.
