Hilaria, Florida is a place for all types of creatures that scam and deceive. Drugs have a special place in the sunny part of the city. With so many networks connecting, there's no wonder why the criminals seem so ubiquitous.

The main crime boss of Hilaria, Helmsley Bianchi, oversees the biggest extortion racket in the state with no sense of stopping. His group is ruthless and always looking for their next opportunity to bleed money from local businesses. Although his family continues to be his weakness.
