This planner was designed specifically for the ACA Health Insurance agent to intake client data for quotes, stay motivated, improve follow-ups, and effectively scale and track your book of business all in one place. Included, you will find a place to keep your passwords, make notes, and collect all of your client intake data on the go. If you are like most of us who are working remotely, there is an element of being organized, but for many it more like controlled chaos and seems to involve carrying around several spiral notebooks and sticky notes. Why? Because I am usually wrangling three kids, headed to a grocery store, a home school event, cooking dinner or any other "mom" place. I am always on the go, so I would just grab whatever I could to gather the basics needed for a quote. You do it enough times you know what to ask, but what about remembering their info when you need to follow up days, weeks or months later? I realized that, not often, but sometimes a client would fall through the cracks because my tracking system of who I had talked to was all over the place and relied on my memory. But what if there was one place I could keep it all? I am a paper girl, so digital platforms only work for me to an extent.
