Hey...Hey...Think Out Loud!

Jared Tinlin, a 7 year old boy, wrote Hey...Hey...Think Out Loud! In the first six pages Jared explores his random thoughts about a flower, a sun and a cloud. He uses his fun sense of ryhme to explain to himself what he actually knows about the subjects he sees. The illustrations compliment Jared's random thoughts. A train, a race car, a doggie and a farmer are the next subjects of his thought processes as he explores and plays by himself. The next several pages he uses musical instruments to help him understand their specific sound and some music theory. His next pages focus on a T-shirt as he anticipates wearing the shirt on a warm day. He talks to his socks as he gets ready for bed and uses his fun sense of rhyme for socks and puppet shows. Jared then sums up his random thoughts of all his subjects of the day and invites them back for another day of Thinking Out Loud!
