Beyond Jung

Jung did leave us 40 years ago. He spent his life creating whole new concepts, one after the other. It will take decades to develop some of the theories that he postulated first, some still like rough diamonds that will need lots of polishing. This is an example of the work that needs to be done. The exploration of our dark side is one of those goals that we must achieve and the view expressed in this book is fascinating and worthwhile absorbing into our thought process. The only problem is that it is a rather hard read, not for the novice or quick self-help book seeker.

On the Road Less Traveled

It was a spiritual (i.e., soulful) blessing to read this book, and not only read it but assimilate its deepest meaning, which inspired me to go ahead and write HEKATE AND HER CHILDREN (unpublished ms). James Hillman's Forward to this book triggered me and for that, too, am I grateful. I recommend this particular book to anyone seriously interested (or hungry) to get beyond Jung (to whom I am also grateful), anyone serious about Soulmaking...
