Delightful and Thought Provoking

Bright and cheerful illustrations accompany this stoy told in rhyme of growth and change. Children will delight in this story of Herbert's ability to cope with changes as he moves through developmental stages from tadpole to frog. Children will be able to connect with Herbert as they notice changes in their own bodies as they age. They will quickly pick up the rhythmic verse and giggle their way through this enjoyable story!

This book is a very gentle childrens' book. The illustrations are beautiful and interesting, and I cannot recommend it enough for sensitive children. It's a "happy" book all the way through. First rate.
